Motivation

How do you push yourself, especially toward physical activity, otherwise known as exercise? I know just what I should do, but cannot seem to move from thinking to acting. Any tips and tactics that have worked for you? Any success stories you want to share?

You need to exercise with friends
I try and go to the Y early two mornings a week ( 7:10is)
And walk with friends a few afternoons a week ( after work 4:00ish)
I’d love to meet up:))
Find an exercise partner who will be waiting for you at the corner, rain or shine.
